Welcome to JNJ Apparel Store ("JNJ", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases made on our website store.jnjapparel.net. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
JNJ reserves the right to cancel any order placed on store.jnjapparel.net at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. If your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Quick Ship Items
Quick Ship items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the ship date.
To start a return or exchange, visit: https://jnj-apparel-store.loopreturns.com/#/.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Presale Items (Final Sale)
Presale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed defective (see Section 3).
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY
A defective product is defined as follows:
The garment is damaged or flawed.
The decoration quality does not meet reasonable expectations.
The design applied is materially different from the design presented to the customer online.
Reporting a Defect
Customers must inspect their product and notify service@jnjapparel.net of any defects within 30 days of delivery.
You may be required to provide photo evidence of the defect.
JNJ’s Review Process
JNJ will review the submitted photo evidence and, at our discretion, may arrange for the return and refund or replacement of any product deemed defective.
Batch Color Variations
Products are decorated and manufactured in batches, and slight color variations between batches may occur.
JNJ accounts for these variations during inspection and quality control and cannot provide replacements or refunds for slight variances in color.
GARMENT-DYED APPAREL DISCLAIMER
Certain products, such as Comfort Colors and other garment-dyed apparel, may have unique characteristics:
The dye may bleed or transfer onto other items. We recommend:
Washing garment-dyed items separately before wearing.
Washing with like colors thereafter.
The dye may migrate onto the shirt imprint ink. While JNJ takes steps to counteract this, dye migration is inherent to garment-dyed apparel, especially when red or dark-colored shirts are printed with light-colored ink.
Garment shade and color-fastness variations are natural aspects of the garment-dyeing process and are not considered defects.
JNJ is not responsible for these inherent characteristics of garment-dyed apparel.
JNJ ARTWORK OWNERSHIP
JNJ retains full ownership of all artwork created by JNJ Apparel Store.
Customers may not copy, post, reproduce, or transfer any artwork created by JNJ without our written permission.
Unauthorized use of JNJ artwork may result in legal action.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
JNJ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these Terms will be available at store.jnjapparel.net.
